Key Responsibilities: Performing inspections and tests on all inbound and outbound products using appropriate tools to ensure that they meet the quality standards set by the company. Analysing, defining and recording any defects encountered and communicating them to relevant departments using provided ERP Software. Providing support in continuous development activities to develop more effective methods of meeting the set standards. Providing cross-functional support for the Quality department when required.
Key Responsibilities: Trained on assembling watches with an extreme emphasis on cleanliness and efficiency. Troubleshooting and conducting repairs on the products under guidance of a trainee supervisor. Carried out self-assessments to the assembled watches before further testing and quality controls. Provided other assistance to the workshop (cutting stems & assembling straps).
